An Overview of the CBO Caribbean

 Plastic Waste Initiative 

As part of our Caribbean Initiative to Reduce Ocean Plastic Waste and address the ongoing, the CBO Foundation will set out to promote Plastic2Power International (P2PI), an APVG company, The Plastic Waste Solution Company build out of a new waste management solution within the Eastern Caribbean Sea region. P2PI intends to build its Waste collection centers and processing facilities in four areas, starting with Puerto Rico, as shown in the rendering below. 


These centers will collect and pay local consumers for returning their clean 

single-use plastic packaging waste products, glass bottles and containers, styrofoam packaging, and scrap tires in cash, funded by our CBO Waste2Cash Trust Fund.

With the support of our corporate Partners. private and corporate donors, we will develop our CBO Marine Debris Recovery Group, to address waste and marine debris on remote islands and coastal areas through targeted clean-up missions. The goal is to make the Caribbean Sea, one of the Cleanest Ocean & Beach Travel Destination in the World

The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO

Foundation) is the private non-profit organization of the AngelPreneur Venture Group. We are dedicated

to increasing awareness

of the plastic waste crisis,

the need to  end shark

finning and over-fishing

of our oceans, marine life 

and global tropical reef

conservation issues. We do NOT have, nor do we intend to obtain a 501 (c) 3 Tax 

exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) until we establish our programs and initiatives in 2021.
