An Overview of the CBO

 Ocean Messenger Magazine

The CBO Foundation and APVG companies offer a number of diversified for-profit businesses, self-fund non-profit projects and initiatives. To showcase their progress, we will publish a full-color quarterly digital magazine called the CBO Ocean Messenger to keep our readers up to date on ocean news and trends.

Our goal is to educate the general public about the oceans and the issues they face, from plastic waste to overfishing and shark fining. Showcase how we can all help resolve those issues and the progress being made to that end. We will share the images and info slides (like the one shown above) with our readers whenever possible in the hope of accomplishing our stated goals.

The online Ocean Messenger will be made available free to all members of the CBO MySandDollars.com (MSD$) travel rewards program, and members of the AngelPreneur Founders Club, subscribers to The AngelPreneur PodCast series, and members of other ocean-focused non-profit organizations.

A limited number of printed copies will be made available for distribution to APVG's FoundersClub members and a select list of university and public libraries, and to our subscribers. They will not be distributed through the normal retail newsstands.

The Ocean Messenger will offer limited advertising space to our established ocean-focused partners, non-profit organizations and select brand advertisers.

To help solve the ocean issues we MUST work together and share the issues in as many ways as possible. Join us in that effort.

The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO

Foundation) is the private non-profit organization of the AngelPreneur Venture Group. We are dedicated

to increasing awareness

of the plastic waste crisis,

the need to  end shark

finning and over-fishing

of our oceans, marine life

and global tropical reef

conservation issues. We do NOT have, nor do we intend to obtain a 501 (c) 3 Tax

exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) until we establish our programs and initiatives in 2021.
